NAHIPA Member Inspectors -
Your best choice for home inspections in Pennsylvania

NAHI Member Home Inspectors go through the most rigorous certification program in the industry and are compliant with all Pennsylvania home inspection laws.  Each member is required to follow strict rules that are stated in the NAHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics; and must conduct their inspections according to NAHI’s comprehensive inspection guidelines.  Every NAHI applicant’s credentials are reviewed to ascertain that members have training and experience to conduct a professional home inspection.  When you examine the facts, you’ll see why NAHIPA Member Home Inspectors are your best choice for Home Inspections in Pennsylvania.

Experienced –

Every NAHI member must have performed at least 100 paid inspections and pass a proctored, nationally recognized exam* prior to being considered for full membership.

Educated –

In addition to the training required to pass the exam, NAHI members must complete 8 hours of relevant continuing education per year, double that amount for a CRI level member.

Professional –

Each member is required to follow the NAHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.  Each inspection performed must comply with NAHI's comprehensive inspection guidelines.
